The following are some options that you can use to Pay your Assessments:
1: ACH (Automated Clearing House):
This payment option is our most popular. It is free and automatically withdraws the assessment from either your checking or savings account. Simply return the ACH form (located in the community documents section) and include a voided check. You can submit these items via e-mail, mail or fax. This is the best way to prevent late and letter fees.
2: Personal On-Line Bill Pay:
This option is available for many owners through their personal banking institutions. It is set up and controlled by the homeowner. Please make sure that if you set this process up with your bank, than you add the account number and property address so it's displayed on the check that the bank will cut and mail out.
3: Personal Check or Money Order:
These should be mailed with the corresponding coupon or invoice to the remittance address below. Please ensure that your account number or unit address is included on the check and the association name is included on the envelope.
